This letter is to announce our intention to extend the existing CDHS-county Memorandum of
Understanding(MOU)for the Colorado Works Program and the Colorado Child Care Assistance
Program covering the period July 1,2012 through June 30,2013.The Department is currently forming a
work group to develop recommendations for changes to this very antiquated agreement.We are doing
that with the hope that new and more meaningful performance measures can be implemented in the
future;therefore,there are no proposed changes to the MOU for the coming year.
