WHEREAS, during a board meeting on December 17 , 1975,
in the chambers of the Board of County Commissioners , Weld
County, Colorado, the matter of approving or disapproving
the final plat of Gene Eberl, Route 1, Box 253B, Longmont,
Colorado, was presented to the Board for their consideration.
Subject tract of land is more particularly described as follows:
A tract of land located in the Southwest Quarter of
Section 22 , Township 3 North, Range 68 West of the
6th Principal Meridian, Weld County, Colorado, being
more particularly described as follows :
Beginning at a point on the West line of the said
Southwest Quarter whence the West Quarter corner of
said Section 22 bears N00°43 ' 00"E, 1582. 06 feet;
thence N90°00 ' 00"E, 1432 . 90 feet; thence S00°43 ' 00"W,
304 . 0 feet; thence S90°00 ' 00"W, 1432 . 90 feet to a
point on the said West line; thence N00°43 ' 00"E along
said West line 304 . 0 feet to the point of beginning;
subject to and together with an easement for ingress
and egress and utility purposes over and across said
property being 30. 0 feet on either side of the following
described center line, beginning at a point on the said
West line whence the said West Quarter corner bears
N00°43 ' 00"E, 1612 . 06 feet; thence N90 °00 ' 00"E, 716. 45
feet; thence S00°00 ' 00"W, 20. 0 feet to the center of
a cul de sac having a radius of 50. 0 feet, said point
being the point of termination of said easement con-
taining 10. 0 acres,
WHEREAS , the petitioner was not present, and
WHEREAS , there was no opposition to the final plat, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners by resolution
dated September 24 , 1975 did grant a Change of Zone to Thomas
Krebs, allowing procedure for this final plat, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners heard all the
testimony and statements of those present, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has studied the
request of petitioner and studied the recommendations of the Weld
County Planning Commission as submitted, and the Board was fully
informed, and
NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County
Commissioners, Weld County, Colorado, that the petition of Gene
Eberl, Rt. 1, Box 253B, Longmont, Colorado, for a final plat is
hereby granted and that all applicable subdivision regulations
and zoning regulations shall be followed and complied with in
accordance with the zoning resolutions of Weld County, Colorado.

introduced for passage by the Weld County Planning Commission :
Be it Resolved by the Weld County Planning Commission that the
Subdivision Plat Gene Eberl
located on the following described property in Weld County ,
Colorado , to-wit :
see attached
be recommended ( favorably ) ( coufavotxxabcky) to the Board of County
Commissioners for the following reasons : 1 ) The preliminary plat
was approved by the Board of County Commissioners on September 24, 1975;
2) the plat has been approved by the Utility Board; and 3) the conditions
of the recommendation for approval by the Planning Commission have been
met: a) application for final platting has been made within twelve months;
b) the title has been changed to Ebert Agricultural Unit Development;
c) the legal description has had the Range added; and d) development
standard #3 has been changed as recommended. SUBJECT TO: 1 ) the plat
title be changed to read: "Final Plat, Eberl Agricultural Unit Develop-
ment; 2) the Dedication be changed to delete all reference to public
rights of way and easements; and 3) the Planning Commission and Board of
County Commissioner Certificates include final plat designation.
