RE: APPROVE ASSIGNMENT OF TAX LIEN SALE CERTIFICATE TO AP PTL, LLC, FOR
PURCHASE ON NOVEMBER 26, 2012, AND AUTHORIZE CHAIR TO SIGN
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the subject property consists of the following Weld County, Colorado parcel:
LOT 2 BLOCK 1, CHAPPELOW VILLAGE, COMMERCIAL CENTER SUBDIVISION, FIRST FILING,
REPLAT A with an Address of 3230 23rd Ave, Evans, Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, on November 26, 2012,AP PTL, LLC, paid to the Weld County Treasurer a total
of Fifty-Six Thousand Three Hundred Seventy-Seven and 77/100 Dollars ($56,377.77), which
represents the value of the 2011 tax base plus the following amounts: delinquent interest from
May 1, 2012, through November 30, 2012; an advertising fee; an internet fee; a rebilling fee;
redemption interest; and an assignment fee, and
WHEREAS, the Board has the authority to assign the Tax Lien Sale Certificate in this
manner, pursuant to Section 39-11-120, C.R.S., effective December 6, 2010.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the Weld County Treasurer be and hereby is directed to prepare Tax Lien
Sale Certificate for the property listed on Exhibit A for assignment to AP PTL, LLC.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the Chair be, and hereby is, authorized to
sign said assignment and any other associated necessary documentation to affect said assignment.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by
the following vote on the 3rd day of December, A.D., 2012.
