RE : RELEASE OF SURETY BOND OF WESTERN SLOPE GAS COMPANY FOR
UNDERGROUND AND UTILITY PERMIT NUMBER 1445.
WHEREAS, the Weld County Engineers recommended the release
of a Forty Thousand Dollar ($40 , 000 .00) surety bond, issued by
the United States Fidelity and Guaranty Company of Baltimore,
Maryland, payable to the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, which bond was submitted by the ap-
plicant, Western Slope Gas Company, P. O. Box 840, Denver,
Colorado 80201, on August 19 , 1975 in connection with Under-
ground and Utility Permit Number 1445, which was issued on
August 22, 1975 to install a six inch (6" ) gas line along
Weld County right-of-way on County Road No. 18 from Keenesburg,
East for approximately five and one-half (51) miles . The bond
so issued was Bond No. 19-0110-1795-75. Said work was completed
on October 3, 1975, and in as much as several inspections were
made during construction and during the ensuing year, which
indicates that there is no damage to the Weld County right-of-
way involved,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners, Weld County, Colorado, that it does hereby
direct the County Clerk to release said bond now being held
by the County of Weld in the sum of $40, 000. 00 for and on
behalf of Western Slope Gas Company, P. O. Box 840, Denver,
Colorado 80201.
The above and foregoing Resolution was , on motion duly
made and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 6th
day of October, A.D. , 1976.

Western Slope Gas Company Bond Release
subject:
Underground and Utility Permit # 1445 was issued to Western
Slope Gas Company August 22 , 1975 to install a 6" gas line
along Weld County right of way on County Road # 18 from
Keenesburg east for approximately 5i miles. Bond No .
19-0110-1795-75 issued by the United States Fidelity and
Guaranty Company of Baltimore , Maryland in the amount of
$40,000.00 payable to the Board of Commissioners , Weld County,
Colorado was submitted by the applicant when the permit was
issued. Said bond to remain in effect for one year after
completion date.
Completion date on this project was October 3, 1975. Several
insepections were made during construction and during the year.
Final inspection has been made and I recommend the release
of Western Slope Gas Company Bond dated August 19, 1975 in
the amount of $40 , 000. 00. At this time there is not any
indication of any damage to County right of way. Bond to be
released to Western Slope Gas Company, P. O. Box 840, Denver ,
Colorado 80201.
