HOUSING AUTHORITY
WELD COUNTY, COLORADO
NOVEMBER 26, 2012
The Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, met in regular session as the Housing
Authority Board in full conformity with the laws of the State of Colorado at the regular place of meeting
in the Weld County Administration Building, Greeley, Colorado, November 26, 2012, at the hour of
9:00 a.m.
ROLL CALL: The meeting was called to order by the Chair and on roll call the following
members were present, constituting a quorum of the members thereof:
Commissioner Sean P. Conway, Chair- EXCUSED
Commissioner William F. Garcia, Pro-Tem
Commissioner Barbara Kirkmeyer— EXCUSED
Commissioner David E. Long
Commissioner Douglas Rademacher
Also present:
County Attorney, Bruce T. Barker
Acting Clerk to the Board, Tammy Waters/ Esther Gesick
Director of Finance and Administration, Monica Mika
IR MINUTES: Commissioner Rademacher moved to approve the minutes of the Housing Authority
Board meeting of October 29, 2012, as printed. Commissioner Long seconded the motion, and it
carried unanimously.
El Tom Teixeira, Director, provided a brief report on the status of the Neighborhood Stabilization
(NSP3) Program which provided housing in the Town of Fort Lupton. Ms. Mika stated the NSP3
program was difficult to administer, and she commended staff for a job well done.
Let the minutes reflect that the above and foregoing actions were attested to and respectfully submitted
by the Acting Clerk to the Board.
