THE NEXT PAGES CONTAIN A WELL THAT IS CURRENTLY USED TO SUPPLY
THE TOWN OS STONEHAM. CURRENTLY THE WATER SUPPLY IS AN
UNREGISTERED TRANSIENT SYSTEM. THEREFORE, WE WILL ONLY USE THE
WATER FOR NON-POTABLE APPLICATIONS SUCH AS A TOILET. WE WILL
PROVIDE BOTTLED WATER FOR DRINKING AND HAND SANITIZER IN THE
BATHROOM INSTEAD OF SINK WATER. AS THE WELL IS REGISTERED AS
AN OFFICIAL TRANSIENT WATER SYSTEM THEN WE WILL BE ABLE TO USE
THE WATER FOR POTABLE SITUATIONS.
IF THE TOWN DOES NOT MAKE PROGRESS ON REGISTERING A TRANSIENT
WATER SYSTEM, NORTHEAST GRAINS, LLC WILL APLLY AND DRILL
OUR OWN WELL ON THE PROPERTY AND HAVE OUR OWN POTABLE WATER
SUPPLY.

WATER TAP AGREEMENT
For
NORTHEAST GRAINS,LLC NEW SCALE HOUSE
THIS AGREEMENT made and entered into this 16th day of April,2012,by and between David M.
Gillespie,resident of Stoneham Colorado,hereinafter called"Well"and Northeast Grains,LLC,a
Colorado Limited Liability Company registered to do business in the state of Colorado,Referred to as the
"Subscriber".
WHEREAS,the Subscriber desires a tap onto the Authority's existing water line with the well
supplied at:41783 Marble Ave,Stoneham,CO 80754.
1. The Well contracts and agrees to make a physical tap to an existing water main and to make
available water service to the Subscriber as described above.
2. The Subscriber agrees to pay the Well in according to the fee schedule listed for the service
provided:
a. Tap into the well located at 41783 Marble Ave,Stoneham,CO 80754 for a$500 One-
time Tap Fee.
3. This agreement ensures that Northeast Grains,LLC has an active water tap agreement to supply
water to the new scale house that is to be built at 41490 Marble Ave.,Stoneham Colorado
80754,commonly known as the Stoneham Elevator.
4. This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the
state of Colorado applicable to contracts made and performed in that state.

STAFF APPROVAL OF ENGINEER-DESIGNED SYSTEM

The engineer-designed Individual Sewage Disposal System proposed for the above property,
and designed by Nation Engineering Services, LLC is hereby approved subject to the following
conditions:
Must meet setbacks from well, property lines, water lines and future county road right of
way. Protect seotic system from drainage and vehicle traffic.
I. QEt E n ft , owner/applicant for I.S.D.S. Permit No.: SP-1200078 under the
provision of the Weld County Individual Sewage Disposal System Regulations, do hereby
understand and agree that after approval by the Director of Health Protection Services, I may
proceed with the construction of my engineer-designed sewage disposal system prior to
approval by the Weld County Board of Health, but that the Board of Health reserves the right to
disapprove any or all parts of the system design when it considers my application. I understand
and agree that I proceed at my own risk and that I may be required by the Board to remove any
or all of the system installed prior to Board of Health consideration of my application.
