• The Planning Commission hearing is scheduled for Tuesday,June 5th at 1:30 PM. One item to address by
Saturday is to send any notices of the hearing to oil and gas operators/owners on the site by this Saturday
(May 5th)
The notice should include:
Hearing Date:Tuesday,June 5th at 1:30 PM
Hearing Location:Weld County Administration Building— 1150 O Street, Greeley, Colorado.
Description of the request: A Site Specific Development Plan and Use by Special Review Permit for a 150-foot
Telecommunication Antenna Tower.
The mineral notice affidavit is attached—this would need to be submitted no later than the June 5th Planning
Commission hearing.
