1. The intended use for 35918 WCR 55 is to use the arena on the property as a
Rodeo.
2 - 4 The surrounding area is agricultural and rural land. There are other farms and
arenas in the area.

a. I estimate about 200-300 people will use the site.
b. There will be no employees at the site,just volunteers Cu? Ol
c. Hours of operation will be from 11 am to dark, limited to the weekends.
d. There will be no new building or structures build on the site.
e. I estimate there to be 60-100 cows and horse on the site only during the time of
the Rodeo.
f. The type of vehicles that will be accessing the site during the Rodeo would be
cars,trucks and trailers (for hauling cattle and horses).

h. The water source for the property will be by wet! jars.
i. Sewage disposal on the site will be provided by port-a-pottys. (3)

Chris,
The trench drainage combined with the fact that the parcel is 80 acres and the drainage is sloped to the interior of the
80 acre property any stormwater and/or contaminants should not leave the property. Therefore, the water quality
requirement has been met.

I spoke to Clay and Janet and they will need the additional info to review the site (A water
quality feature and the traffic info). It shouldn't require too much effort on his part but
he does need to give us the information in a reasonable amount of time for us to review it.
