to the south line of the Southeast quarter of Sect 25, and the Northeast Quarter of
Section in township 6 North Range 66 West of the 6 th

you shall forthwith declare to be abandoned for highway purposes, all of that part and
• parcels of said present highway lines as lies within the limits of said railroad right
of way, and as lies on the southerly side thereof and westward of said point of crossing
of Highway No 80, herein; that in lieu thereof you accept the new highway line in due
and regular form.

our consent thereto in writing, in order that such changes be made, and expressing our
consent for all persons and corporations, having public and franchised r6ghts, to have,
hold and fully enjoy the same, upon said changed portions, as fully and completely to
all intents and purposes, as they now are holding and enjoying the same upon said lines
so sought to be changed. In Witness Whereof we have hereunto subscribed our names this

That the proposal of said Railroad Company be accepted and adopted; that the corsidera.Z
tion the acceptance of ssid proposal is, that all of the conditions therein contained
shall be literally complied with and Further; That upon notice filed in writing with this
Board and its acceptance in writing endorsed thereon, of the highways so changed , then and .y
from thenceforth, all of that portion of said highway 7o 107, as lies within the limits of .: .
said Railroad Right of Way, and so ranxoh thereof as lies southerly therefrom,is , shall be
and shall be held to be, abandoned without further action of this board, and. the use and
the title thereto shall revert and re-invest in the parties entitled thereto.
