After reviewing the bids submitted for bid # B1200152, Tax Notices & Envelopes, for the 2012 taxes
to be mailed and collected in 2013. The Treasurer and Assistant Treasurer respectfully request that
Weld County select the low bid from QUESTMARK INFORMATION MANAGEMENT INC, with
a bid of$12,217.50 for the printing and an approximate bid of$31,500 for postage and mailing costs
for a total of$43,717.50. The vendor is the lowest bidder, and after inquiry appears to be able to
fulfill Weld County's requirements for service. Please consider this request for approval.
