• Dust Abatement Plan
The site is bordered by Two Rivers Parkway and County Road 54, both of which are paved.
Therefore, off-site dust will not be an issue.
The traffic area on-site is currently covered with gravel. On-site dust should not be a nuisance to
surrounding property owners as the nearest home is '/.mile from the site. Should surrounding
property owners complain about on-site dust and the complaint is verified by Weld County staff,
appropriate steps will be taken to minimize dust. Dust reduction may be controlled by reducing
the speed of vehicles on the site at minimum or applying magnesium chloride on traffic areas if
absolutely necessary.
