RE: ESTABLISHING ACQUISITION AND RELOCATION POLICIES FOR THE
COUNTY OF WELD, STATE OF COLORADO.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the County of Weld was funded by the Department of
Housing and Urban Development to acquire property located in the
Burger and Fry Subdivision and to relocate the residents in
said Subdivision, and
WHEREAS, said acquisition and relocation done under HUD
funding was done in accordance with the Uniform Relocation Assistance
and Real Property Acquisition Policies Act of 1970, and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the County of Weld to treat all
persons with an interest in the Burger and Fry Subdivision
equitably.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado, that all acquisition and
relocation done in the Burger and Fry Subdivision, whether with
Federal, State or County funds, will be done in conformance
with the Uniform Relocation Assistance and Real Property Acqui-
sition Policies Act of 1970.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 11th day of
January, A.D. , 1978.
