RE: CREATING CASH REVOLVING FUND IN THE WELD COUNTY
AMBULANCE DEPARTMENT.
WHEREAS , it has been recommended to the Board of
County Commissioners, Weld County, Colorado, that there is
a need for a petty cash revolving fund in the amount of not
more than Twenty-Five Dollars ($25. 00) to be established in
the Weld County Ambulance Department, and
WHEREAS , it has been determined that there has been
a need to establish a petty cash fund within the Weld County
Ambulance Department, and
WHEREAS, the Board believes it to be in the best
interest of the County to establish such a petty cash account
within the Weld County Ambulance Department.
NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of
County Commissioners, Weld County, Colorado, that until fur-
ther order of the Board, a petty cash account, to be known
as the "petty cash fund" , in the Weld County Ambulance Depart-
ment is hereby established; that such account shall not exceed
Twenty-five Dollars ($25. 00) at any one time; and that the
Ambulance Director be responsible for all receipts and disburse-
ments in the administration of said fund .
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly
made and seconded, adopted by the following vote this 24th
day of December, 1975.
