Home My WebLink About20122811.tiff RESOLUTION RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENTS AND REAPPOINTMENTS TO FAIR BOARD WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Fair Board, and WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Casey McGaughey be appointed to said board to replace Laurie MacDonald, that Nancy Sarchet be appointed to replace Stuart Gebauer, and that Teri Segelke and Debbie Carpio be reappointed, and WHEREAS,the Board deems it advisable to appoint Casey McGaughey and Nancy Sarchet and to reappoint Teri Segelke and Debbie Carpio to said board,with terms to expire September 30, 2015. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,that Casey McGaughey and Nancy Sarchet be, and hereby are, appointed to the Fair Board and that Teri Segekle and Debbie Carpio to be reappointed to said board, all with terms to expire September 30, 2015. The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 3rd day of October, A.D., 2012.
