MEMBER, WELD COUNTY
UTILITIES COORDINATING COMMITTEE:
WHEREAS, the Utilities Coordinating Committee shall
consist of seven members as provided by resolution dated
August 19 , 1970, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Mr. Robert
Patrick be appointed to said Board to fill the vacancy
created by the retirement of Lyle Anderson.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that Mr. Robert
Patrick be and he is hereby appointed to serve as a Member
of the Weld County Utilities Coordinating Committee,
term ends December 31, 1976.
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion
duly made and seconded, adopted by the following n vote:

Dear Mr. Billings:
This is to inform you that Mr. Lyle H. Anderson has retired
from the Colorado Division of Highways. As you know he has been our
District Utility Engineer and has served on the Weld County Utility
Board for many years.
This office has found that the work done by the Utility Board
has been of much benefit to all concerned and, with your approval,
would like to continue holding a seat on the Board. Mr. Robert
Patrick has been appointed to take Mr. Anderson's place as Utility
Engineer; however, this appointment will not become effective until
February 1, 1975. We would like to recommend Mr. Patrick be ap-
pointed to serve the balance of Mr. Anderson's term.
In the meantime, Mr. John Kessenich who has been substituting
for Mr. Anderson will be available for any meetings in the interim.
