A public hearing was conducted on November 7, 2012, at 10:00 a.m., with the following present:
Commissioner Sean P. Conway, Chair
Commissioner William F. Garcia, Pro-Tem
Commissioner Barbara Kirkmeyer
Commissioner David E. Long
Commissioner Douglas Rademacher
Also present:

The following business was transacted:
El I hereby certify that pursuant to a notice dated September 28, 2012, and duly published
October 3, 2012, in the Greeley Tribune, a public hearing was conducted to consider the
request of Steven and Teresa Wells/Wells Ranch, c/o Noble Energy/SemGroup, for a Site
Specific Development Plan and Use by Special Review Permit, USR12-0057, for a Mineral
Resource Development Facility, including an Oil and Gas Support and Storage Facility (oil and
gas central processing facility, along with an oil storage tank) in the A (Agricultural) Zone
District. Brad Yatabe, Assistant County Attorney, made this a matter of record.
IR Chris Gathman, Department of Planning Services, presented the applicant's request to
continue the matter to December 12, 2012, to allow for a hearing before a full quorum of the
Board.
Fl No public testimony was offered concerning this matter.
Fl Commissioner Kirkmeyer moved to continue the request of Steven and Teresa
Wells/Wells Ranch, c/o Noble Energy/SemGroup, for a Site Specific Development Plan and Use
by Special Review Permit, USR12-0057, for a Mineral Resource Development Facility, including
an Oil and Gas Support and Storage Facility (oil and gas central processing facility, along with
an oil storage tank) in the A (Agricultural) Zone District, to December 12, 2012, at 10:00 a.m.
The motion was seconded by Commissioner Rademacher, and it carried unanimously. There
being no further discussion, the hearing was completed at 10:06 a.m.
