SUBJECT: Truck Cab & Chassis w/Roadside Spray System, B1200019
The Public Works Department recommends awarding the bid for the Truck Cab and Chassis to the sole bidder,
Westfall-O'Dell of Cob at a cost of$68,470; awarding the Spray System to the low bidder, Central Inc at a cost
of$13,991.72; and O.J. Watson, the sole bidder, for the Flatbed to be mounted on the truck chassis at a cost
of $9,488.00 along with one Weather Guard Tool Box at a cost of$200.00. The grand total for one Truck Cab
and Chassis with a mounted Flatbed, Spray System, and Tool box is $92,149.72.
There is $ 85,000 budgeted for this purchase. If you have any questions, please call me at extension 3768.
