A public hearing was conducted on December 19, 2012, at 10:00 a.m., with the following
present:
Commissioner Sean P. Conway, Chair
Commissioner William F. Garcia, Pro-Tem
Commissioner Barbara Kirkmeyer
Commissioner David E. Long
Commissioner Douglas Rademacher
Also present:
Acting Clerk to the Board, Esther Gesick
Assistant County Attorney, Brad Yatabe
Planning Department representative, Kim Ogle
The following business was transacted:
I hereby certify that pursuant to a notice dated November 16, 2012, and duly published
November 21, 2012, in the Greeley Tribune, a public hearing was conducted to consider the
request of Wells Ranch, LLLP, c/o DCP Midstream, LP, for a Site Specific Development Plan
and Use by Special Review Permit, USR12-0070, for Mineral Resource Development Facilities,
including Oil and Gas Support and Service (oil and gas processing facilities and related
equipment, including, but not limited to, five (5) compressors associated with gas processing or
which compress gas to enter a pipeline for transport to market), and one (1)
Telecommunications Tower up to seventy (70) feet in height in the A (Agricultural) Zone District.
Brad Yatabe, Assistant County Attorney, made this a matter of record.
IE Kim Ogle, Department of Planning Services, presented the request to continue the matter
to January 9, 2013, due to the Planning Commission continuance yesterday.
ID No public testimony was offered concerning this matter.
ID Commissioner Rademacher moved to continue the request of Wells Ranch, LLLP, c/o
DCP Midstream, LP, for a Site Specific Development Plan and Use by Special Review Permit,
USR12-0070, for Mineral Resource Development Facilities, including Oil and Gas Support and
Service (oil and gas processing facilities and related equipment, including, but not limited to, five

(5) compressors associated with gas processing or which compress gas to enter a pipeline for
transport to market), and one (1) Telecommunications Tower up to seventy (70) feet in height in
the A (Agricultural) Zone District, to January 9, 2013, to allow the applicant adequate time to
meet the 30-day mineral notification requirement. The motion was seconded by Commissioner
Garcia, and it carried unanimously. There being no further discussion, the hearing was
completed at 10:25 a.m.
This Certification was approved on the 26th day of December, 2012.
