PETITION FOR CHANGE OF ZONE AND AMENDED FINAL PLAT FOR OUTLOT 3 of
SIERRA ACRES PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT PF-1089
Lot B of Amended Recorded Exemption No. 0805-19-3006, being a portion of the Northeast quarter of
Section 19, Township 6 North, Range 66 West of the 6'1i P.M. County of Weld, State of Colorado.
Jeff and Keli Podtburg, owners of Outlot 3 Sierra Acres PUD are requesting a Change of Zone and an
amendment to the Sierra Acres PUD PF-1 089 Final Plat to allow for a residential building site on Outlot 3
Sierra Acres PUD. Outlot 3 is currently zoned as a non-buildable lot for residential structures. Agricultural
and Agricultural Exempt structures are permitted on agricultural Outlots I and 3. The Change of Zone and
Amended Final Plat will allow for the building of a residential structure on Outlot 3.
By signing this petition, as a fee owner of property located in Sierra Acres Planned Unit Development PF-
1089,you agree to allow the Change of Zone and Amended Final Plat as proposed. All costs associated with
the proposal will be the sole responsibility of the Podtburg's, as the applicant.
A Final Plat Map for Sierra Acres Planned Unit Development PF-1089 is included for review.
