Dear Ms. Whittern;
Per your request, I visited your home today to inspect the backflow device installed by
your plumber for Weld County approval. The device is installed properly and a copy of the
certification test was delivered to the District for your file.
Be advised that this device will need to be tested annually by a certified backflow
technician, and records of that test will need to be provided to the District .
Should you have any further concerns, please do not hesitate to call the office
