RESOLUTION
RE: AUTHORIZATION OF WELD COUNTY COMMISSIONERS TO SIGN A QUIT
CLAIM DEED TO LOT 16, BLOCK 176 TN THE CITY OF EVANS, WELD
COUNTY, COLORADO TO MAUDE E. ROBERTS.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, it has come to the attention of the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado that Lot 16, Block 176 in
the City of Evans, Weld County, Colorado, was owned by Weld
County, Colorado in the year 1885, and
WHEREAS, conveyance from Weld County to Maude E. Roberts
was previously made, but apparently not recorded, which has cast
a cloud upon the title to said real estate, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of 'Weld County,
Colorado desires to assist the present owners of the aforementioned
real estate to correct the title defects caused by the failure of
the previous conveyance by Weld County to Maude E. Roberts to be
recorded.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that said Board of County
Commissioners be, and hereby is authorized to execute a quit claim
deed conveying all interest owned by Weld County in and to Lot
16, Block 176, City of Evans, Weld County, Colorado, to Maude E.
Roberts.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 30th day of
March, A.D. , 1977.
The above and foregoing Resolution was read into the record
and signed on the 6th day of April, A.D. , 1977.

QUIT CLAIM DEED
The County of Weld, a body corporate and politic of the State of
1 Colorado, for valuable consideration, hereby sells and quit claims
to Maude E . Roberts of Evans , Weld County, Colorado , the following
• real property:
Lot 16, in Block 176 , in the City of Evans , Weld
County, Colorado, with all its appurtenances .
Executed this 30th day of March , 1977 by each member
of the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado.
