RE: ACTION OF BOARD CONCERNING USE BY SPECIAL REVIEW PERMIT,
USR12-0013, FOR A 150-FOOT TELECOMMUNICATION ANTENNA TOWER IN THE
A (AGRICULTURAL) ZONE DISTRICT - SHELTON LAND AND CATTLE, LTD., C/O
PETROLEUM DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners held a public hearing on the 20th day
of June, 2012, at the hour of 10:00 a.m., in the Chambers of the Board for the purpose of
hearing the application of Shelton Land and Cattle, Ltd., P.O. Box 65, Roggen, Colorado,
80652, c/o Petroleum Development Corporation, 1775 Sherman Street, Denver, Colorado,
80203, for a Site Specific Development Plan and Use by Special Review Permit, USR12-0013,
for a 150-foot Telecommunication Antenna Tower in the A (Agricultural) Zone District on the
following described real estate, to-wit:
Part of the S1/2 of Section 25, Township 4 North,
Range 65 West of the 6th P.M., Weld County,
Colorado
WHEREAS, at said hearing the Board deemed it advisable to continue said matter until
July 11, 2012, to allow adequate time for publication of the legal notice, and
WHEREAS, the Board heard all of the testimony and statements of those present and
reviewed the request of the applicant and, having been fully informed, finds that this request be
approved and the matter should be continued to July 11, 2012, at 10:00 a.m.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that the abovementioned matter be, and hereby is, continued to
July 11, 2012, at 10:00 a.m.
