The construction materials extraction operation is located at or near Section 20, Township 2N, Range 68W, 06th Prime Meridian, in Weld County. Upon further reviewriit has been determined that the attached map more accurately reflects the release boundary.Please substitute the enclosed map illustrating a 20.2 acre release vs. the 19 previously requested. The area we are requesting be released was never disturbed by Lafarge as it is a residential, pasture and oil/gas areas. We submit this in accordance with Rule 4.17 of the Construction Materials Rules and Regulations. The property within the permit boundary for which the release is requested is owned by: Luther C.
