Ratification of Oil and Gas Leases
That for valuable consideration,receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,the undersigned Weld County Colorado
("Lessor"),does hereby ratify,adopt and confirm in all respects the oil and gas leases described on Exhibit"A",attached
hereto,as to all depths and formations(the"Leases"),and further does hereby ratify.adopt and confirm in all respects the
following described Unit Agreement:
Sussex Sand Secondary Recovery Unit
New Windsor Field Area
Order 360-1 of the Colorado Oil and Gas Commission dated 01/21/1980
Affecting the following lands situated in the County of Weld,State of Colorado,described as follows:
TOWNS)IIP 7 NOR'lll, RANGE 67 WEST 6th PM
Section 26:N2SW
Section 27:SE
Section 34:NE
Section 35:NW
and does hereby grant, lease and let the land described in all Leases unto the present lessee under the Leases,their heirs,
successors,and assigns,upon the terms and conditions and subject to the provisions of said Leases,and said Leases are by
reference made a part hereof with the same force and effect as if the undersigned had originally joined in the execution thereof
as Lessor and the undersigned does hereby acknowledge that said Leases are in full force and effect regardless of any prior
shut-in periods or quantity of past or current production and to the extent necessary,this instrument constitutes a revivor by the
Lessor of any of the Leases.
