s meeting of the Board of County Commissioners, certain sections of
o the Weld County Zoning Resoluti,n were repealed and reenacted with -.�

o amendments, establishing mobile home setback requirements in the
*2 mobile home parks and subdivisions, subject to the condition that c ''�

t ' . "the minimum front yard setback in the mobile home parks, shall '

be conditionally approved until such time as the Board of County r

Commissioners receive a report from the Weld County Department
of Planning Services on the suitability of such setback on the _ -
25th day of January, 1978...", and
,- WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
- -4 Colorado, held a public hearing on the 25th day of January,
1978 at its regularly scheduled,_Board of County Commissioners' C
fmeeting in the Chambers of the Board, for a final hearing con-

� cerning the front yard setback requirements in mobile home parks, • , .

WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, heard all the testimony and statements of those present, •

has studied the proposed amendments to the Zoning Resolution, - -
•• f and all of the exhibits and evidence presented in this matter,
— . -- •_. and having been fully informed and satisfied that the proposed
• amendments to the Weld County Zoning Resolution are in order, -
j does deem it advisable and in the best interest of Weld County
' to adopt the same. .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the following amendment
to Section 3.14 of the Weld County Zoning Resolution consisting
of the addition of note (12) be, and hereby is, adopted to read
as follows:
• The minimum frontyard setback for Mobile Home Parks
approved prior to January 25, 1978, shall be zero (0) ,

feet. The location in these parks for mobile homes
shall be such that no mobile home or attached portion .
of a mobile home will encroach the nearest travel - c•
lane of the adjacent road, flow line of the adjacent
. road or sidewalk adjacent to the mobile home.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners,
' that any future mobile home larks established in Weld County,
be, and hereby are, required to abide by the.Weld County Zoning
, Resolutions.
