'Royalties on natural gas and natural gas liquids produced from wells located in Weld, Adams and Boulder counties, Colorado, have been calculated as provided by the final judgment in Anderson v. Merit.
The actual dollar amount of sales proceeds received by Merit from wells covered by this check was the"Gross Value" shown, divided by 118.75%. To comply with the judgment, the actual dollar amount was
increased by 18.75%, and the increased value(shown below as"Gross Value")was utilized as the basis for calculating "Owner Value," "Owner Tax" and "Net Share."
