• Question #4 (TA) states 250 as the maximum number of people; however, question #5 (TA) does
not explain how this number will be enforced. Furthermore, question #12 (TA) calls out parking
for 300 vehicles. Question #4 (SE) states 300 as the maximum number of people.
• Question #3 (TA) calls out inaccurate dates/times. I assume the Special Events application page
is correct by stating the date as September 29, 2012 from 8:00 AM — 8:00 PM.
• There are no outstanding violations on this site and staff has no issues with issuance of this
"Temporary Assembly Permit".

Questions #4 (TA): The question talks about the maximum at any time, 250 is our estimate, as the event runs most of the
day. It does not say maximum number of total people.
Question #12 (TA): That number has been revised to 100 parking places. There will be traffic coming and going all day
long.
Question #4 (SE): The number has been revised to 300-500 estimated.
Question #3 (TA): The page has been corrected.
Thanks,
Terry

To: Weld County Board of Commissioners
From: Deputy Lisa Carpenter
Date: July12, 2012
RE: Mead Rotary Club Foundation, Inc.
Dear Commissioners,
I have researched and found no reported calls for service to the Mead Rotary Club
Foundation, Inc. Event, located at 6105 CR 32, Platteville, CO 80651 for the Calendar year of
2011 to present day.
The Weld County Sheriff's Office Posse or Reserves have not been contacted to provide
additional security for the event.
A copy of the license for the food vendor is also required.
Once a copy of the food vendor license is submitted, I find no grounds for disapproval for
the Special permit license.
Respectfully Submitted,
Deputy Lisa Carpenter
