WHEREAS, it has been determined by the Board of County Com-
missioners, Weld County, Colorado, that a certain tract of land being the
property of Richard F. Bucklen, 531 North 21st Avenue, Greeley, Colo-
rado, and more particularly described as follows:
A parcel of land located in the East Half of the Northwest
Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (EZNW3SW4) of Section
Thirty-one (31), Township Six (6) North, Range Sixty-five
(65) West of the Sixth P.M. , described as follows:
Beginning on the South line of the East Half of the North-
west Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (EINW11-SW4),
30 feet west of the southeast corner; thence north parallel
to the east line of said tract 282. 8 feet to the true point of
beginning; thence west 250 feet parallel to the south line of
said tract; thence north 105 feet parallel to the east line of
said tract; thence east 250 feet parallel to the south line of
said tract; thence south 105 feet parallel to the east line of
said tract to the place of beginning,
does not come within the purview of the definition of the terms "subdivision"
and "subdivided lands" as set forth in 1973 C.R.S. 30-28-101 (10), as
amended, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of the County of
Weld, State of Colorado, has studied the request of the petitioner and
studied the recommendations of the Weld County Planning Commission,
and having been fully informed, now desires to exempt this particular
division of land pursuant to its authority under 1973 C.R. S. 30-28-101
(10) (d), as amended.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the hereinabove de-
scribed tract of land owned by Richard F. Bucklen, 531 North 21st Avenue,
Greeley, Colorado, be exempted from the definition of the terms "subdivision"
and "subdivided lands" as provided for in the new Weld County Subdivision
Regulations at Section 2-1, A. , (3) adopted August 30, 1972.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and
seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 3rd day of December, A. D. ,
1975.
