RE: APPROVE AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT FOR INTERNET SERVICES AND
AUTHORIZE CHAIR TO SIGN-COLORADO CODE PUBLISHING COMPANY
WHEREAS,the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County,Colorado,and
WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with an Amendment to Agreement for
Internet Services between the County of Weld, State of Colorado, by and through the Board of
County Commissioners of Weld County,and Colorado Code Publishing Company,commencing
upon full execution,with further terms and conditions being as stated in said Amendment,and
WHEREAS, after review, the Board deems it advisable to approve said Amendment, a
copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that the Amendment to Agreement for Internet Services between the
County of Weld,State of Colorado,by and through the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County,and Colorado Code Publishing Company be,and hereby is,approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the Chair be, and hereby is,authorized
to sign said Amendment.
The above and foregoing Resolution was,on motion duly made and seconded,adopted
by the following vote on the 30th day of May,A.D.,2012.

AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT FOR INTERNET SERVICES
THIS AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT is made and entered into this _ day of May,
2012, by and between COLORADO CODE PUBLISHING COMPANY, a Colorado
corporation, hereinafter referred to as the "Publisher," and the COUNTY OF WELD,
COLORADO, a Colorado municipal corporation, hereinafter referred to as the "County."
WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, the parties previously entered into an Agreement for Internet Services ("the
agreement"), dated July 6, 2011, which is need of amendment as set forth herein.
NOW, THEREFORE, upon the mutual promises, covenants and considerations furnished
by the parties hereto, the Agreement is amended as follows:
Remove and replace paragraphs 2.c., 2.d., and 2.e., as follows:
2. Internet Updates. The Publisher agrees to provide interne[ supplementation for the
County Code at the Publisher's website as described below.
c. Monthly hosting. The Publisher shall charge the amount of sixty dollars ($60.00)
per month to host the Code at its website. The charge shall be invoiced quarterly,
semiannually or annually, at the County's direction.
d. Update on line. The County shall provide to the Publisher in electronic format
the ordinances adopted by the County which affect the Code. The Publisher shall prepare
and post on line an interne[ update for the affected Code sections and accompanying
legislative history. The Code shall be maintained as a .pdf version of each Article, as an
MSWord version of each Article, and as an MSWord version of each Chapter. The
Ordinance Disposition Table and Index shall be updated as part of the internet process.
e. Internet update rate. The Publisher shall prepare the internet update at a cost of
twenty dollars ($20.00) per page of affected text. The number of affected pages shall be
determined by the Publisher based on the updated Code pages as they appear on line.
All of the remaining terms of the Agreement shall remain unamended.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Publisher has caused this Amendment to Agreement to be
executed by its officers and affixing the corporate seal thereto, and the County has caused this
Agreement to be executed by its officials and affixing its seal thereto, the day and year first
above written.
