HomeMy WebLinkAbout750674.tiff RESOLUTION WHEREAS, it has been determined by the Board of County Commissioners, Weld County, Colorado, that a certain tract of land being the property of Alvin G. Treiber and Florence Treiber, 3509 Arapahoe Drive, Fort Collins, Colorado, and more particularly described as follows, to-wit: A tract of land situate in the Northwest Quarter of Section 33, Township 8 North, Range 66 West of the Sixth P. M. , Weld County, Colorado, which considering the North line of said Section 33 as bearing due East, and with all bearings contained herein, relative thereto, is contained within the boundary lines which begin at the Northwest corner of said Section 33, and run thence East 2601. 85 feet along the North line of said Section 33; thence South 00°41'40" East, 2649. 13 feet along an existing fence line; thence South 89°40'40" West 2628. 58 feet along an existing fence line to the West Quarter corner of said Section 33; thence North 00°07' West 2663. 72 feet to the point of beginning, containing 159. 4799 acres, more or less, does not come within the purview of the definition of the terms "subdivision" and "subdivided lands" as set forth in CRS 106-2-33 (a) and (b) 1963, as amended, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Weld, State of Colorado, desires to exempt this particular division of land upon the recommendation of the Weld County Zoning Administrator for the reasons as stated and pursuant to its authority under CRS 106-2-33 (d), 1963, as amended, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the hereinabove de- scribed tract of land owned by Alvin G. Treiber and Florence Treiber, Fort Collins, Colorado be exempt from the definition of the terms "subdivision" and "subdivided land" as provided for in the new Weld County Subdivision Regulations at Section 2-1, A. , (3) adopted August 30, 1972.
