adjustments in the cable television system serving your community.

Baja Broadband's local service team has been working throughout the year to provide you with industry-
leading cable television programming, high-speed Internet, and reliable, affordable residential telephone
services. We are grateful to you for the confidence you've shown by continuing to purchase our products,
each month. In these tough economic times, Baja's variety of broadband choices remains your family's best
value in entertainment and communications.
In 2012, Baja continued to improve the variety and quality of your services. For instance, we continued to
expand your choices for Baja's top-rated high-speed Internet services, all the way up to 100 Mbps in many
locations!
Some highlights of what we are bringing to you in 2013 are the addition of several popular, new channels,
including Hallmark Movie Channel, a leader in the production of original family-friendly movies and
programming, plus a "TV Everywhere" platform, where you'll be able to enjoy TV programming via your
computer, regardless of where you are.
Baja's convenient, new "Go Green" initiative can save you time and money by sending a secure monthly bill to
your email address. This new option is completely free of charge. Paper invoicing is still available, however a
charge may apply. Visit your local office or email us at gogreen@bajabb.tv,for more information.
As promised, Baja has delivered improvements in all areas of your service, while taking significant steps to
control costs and improve the efficiency of our operations. Despite these measures, costs for programming
and operations support have continued to increase and, effective January 1, 2013, we must make adjustments
in some of your rates*:

* Increases will be reflected in your applicable services on a monthly basis, effective January 1, 2013. If you are currently under a
temporary promotional rate that is not subject to an increase,these adjustments will not go into effect until your promotional period
ends.
