RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT AND REAPPOINTMENT TO BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exit on the Board of Adjustment, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Jordan Jemiola be appointed to said board
as the Alternate Member representative, to replace Bryant Gimlin, and that Jerry Neff be
reappointed to said board as a Regular Member, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint Jordan Jemiola and to reappoint
Jerry Neff to said board, with terms to expire July 31, 2015.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that Jordan Jemiola be, and hereby is, appointed to the Board of
Adjustment, and that Jerry Neff be, and hereby is, reappointed to said board, both with terms to
expire July 31, 2015.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 1st day of August, A.D., 2012.
