RE: A SITE SPECIFIC DEVELOPMENT PLAN AND USE BY SPECIAL REVIEW PERMIT,
USR12-0047, FOR A MINERAL RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT FACILITY, INCLUDING
OIL AND GAS SUPPORT AND SERVICE (WATER DEPOT), IN THE
A (AGRICULTURAL) ZONE DISTRICT- DOUGLAS AND DEBORAH DUGGAN
A public hearing was conducted on October 17, 2012, at 10:00 a.m., with the following present:
Commissioner Sean P. Conway, Chair
Commissioner William F. Garcia, Pro-Tem
Commissioner Barbara Kirkmeyer
Commissioner David E. Long
Commissioner Douglas Rademacher- EXCUSED
Also present:
Acting Clerk to the Board, Esther Gesick
Assistant County Attorney, Brad Yatabe
Planning Department representative, Kim Ogle, on behalf of Diana Aungst
The following business was transacted:
F I hereby certify that pursuant to a notice dated September 28, 2012, and duly published
October 3, 2012, in the Fort Lupton Press, a public hearing was conducted to consider the
request of Douglas and Deborah Duggan, for a Site Specific Development Plan and Use by
Special Review Permit, USR12-0047, for a Mineral Resource Development Facility, including
Oil and Gas Support and Service (water depot), in the A (Agricultural) Zone District. Brad
Yatabe, Assistant County Attorney, made this a matter of record.
Kim Ogle, on behalf of Diana Aungst, Department of Planning Services, requested the
matter be continued to October 31, 2012, to allow adequate time for correct legal description
notification.
F No public testimony was offered concerning this matter.
F Commissioner Garcia moved to continue the request of Douglas and Deborah Duggan for
a Site Specific Development Plan and Use by Special Review Permit, USR12-0047, for a
Mineral Resource Development Facility, including Oil and Gas Support and Service (water
depot), in the A (Agricultural) Zone District, to October 31, 2012, to allow adequate time for
correct legal description notification. The motion was seconded by Commissioner Kirkmeyer,
and it carried unanimously. There being no further discussion, the hearing was completed
at 10:14 a.m.
