RE : ACCEPTANCE OF APPLICATIONS FOR THE EVANSTON REHABILITATION
PROJECT.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a Weld County Department of Planning Services
representative presented to the Board of County Commissioners ,
two potential applications of recipients of rehabilitation grants
for the Evanston project, and
WHEREAS, a list of applications is as follows , to-wit:

EV-6-DN-08 #12 $19 ,076
TOTAL $36 , 796
WHEREAS, it was pointed out by the Planning representative
that the total amount includes funds provided by the State of
Colorado, Division of Housing, Office of Local Affairs for the
rehabilitation, acquisition and construction work of two (2)
project homes in the Town of Evanston, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners have agreed that
the submitted applications are in order and recommends approval
of the same.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the applications sub-
mitted for approval concerning rehabilitation grants for the
Evanston project be, and hereby are, approved.
The above and foregoing Resolution was , on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 4th day of
December, A.D. , 1978.
