West bound traffic would be stopped on CR 76.5 as the roadway intersects CR 21. The most current traffic count for CR 76.5 was taken in March 2008 with an AADT of 148. CR 76.5 is a gravel road. The Manual of Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD) section 2B.04 suggests that stop signs should be placed at an intersection of a less important road with a main road where application of the normal right-of- way rule would not be expected to provide reasonable compliance with the law. Public Works recommends that traffic be stopped on CR 76.5 in the west bound direction due to consistency of signage in this area. 2012-0403 February 2,2012 C:\Documents and Settings\estrong\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files\Content.OutlookUY46OXBT\BOCC 020212 SS.DOC Hello
