RESOLUTION
RE : AUTHORIZING WELD COUNTY OFFICIALS TO DRAW AND SIGN WELD
COUNTY, COLORADO WELFARE WARRANTS.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter , is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS , on the 2nd day of June, 1971, nunc pro tunc, as of
May 6 , 1971, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado,designated the Chief Accounting Officer of Weld County,
Colorado, and the Chairman of the Board of County Commissioners
of Weld County, Colorado, as the officers who shall sign all
Weld County, Colorado Welfare Warrants, and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 26-1-123 (3) (a) , the County Board
may designate by Resolution, certain individuals to sign County
Welfare Warrants, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, desire to designate Mary Ann Feuerstein, Weld County
Clerk and Recorder and June K. Steinmark, Chairman of the Board
of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado as the persons
authorized to sign all Weld County, Colorado Welfare Warrants.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that Mary Ann Feuerstein,
County Clerk and Recorder of Weld County, Colorado, and June K.
Steinmark, Chairman of the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, be and hereby are designated as persons auth-
orized to sign all Weld County, Colorado Welfare Warrants , and
the Resolution passed by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado on the 2nd day of June, 1971, nunc pro tunc ,
as of May 6th, 1971, be and hereby is rescinded.
The above and foregoing Resolution was , on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 20th day of
April, A.D. , 1977.
