Dear Commissioners:
I want to sincerely thank you for your effort
on my part to the EPA in regard to their arbitrary
actions that have been taken against me. I am
much afraid that your comments have fallen upon
deaf ears. Their attorneys are hell bent on
destroying us. As more of these situations
arise in the future I 'm sure that you will
begin to question the power which the Washington
bureaucracies have achieved. You have only seen
the tip of the iceburg, but let me say again
that I sincerely appreciate your help.
