RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT OF RALPH KREITLER TO WELD/LARIMER REVOLVING
LOAN FUND COMMITTEE
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists on the Weld/Larimer Revolving Loan Fund
Committee, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Ralph Kreitler be appointed to said board, to
replace William Hedberg, and
WHEREAS,the Board deems it advisable to appoint Ralph Kreitler to said board,with a term
to expire December 31, 2014.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Ralph Kreitler be, and hereby is, appointed to the Weld/Larimer Revolving
Loan Fund Committee with a term to expire December 31, 2014.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by
the following vote on the 16th day of January, A.D., 2012.
