RE: DIRECTING THE RECORDING OF RECORDED EXEMPTION NO. 307 -
ERVIN AND KATHLEEN FRANK.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, it has been determined by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the Recorded Exemption
No. 307 - Ervin and Kathleen Frank which was approved by the Board
of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado on the 5th day
of April, 1978 contains certain conditions, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, being satisfied and having been provided documentation
that all conditions have been met, deem it advisable that said
Recorded Exemption No. 307 now be recorded.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado, that Recorded Exemption No.
307 for Ervin and Kathleen Frank, previously approved by this Board
on the 5th day of April, 1978 be, and hereby is , directed to be
recorded.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 17th day of
May, A.D. , 1978.
