RE: APPROVE REASSIGNMENT, AND APPOINTMENT TO BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Board of Adjustment, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Larry Reno be reassigned as an At-Large
Associate Member to replace Jim Cosner as an At-Large Regular Member, and that William
Hedberg be appointed as an At-Large Associate Member, to replace Larry Reno, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to reassign Larry Reno, with a term to expire
July 31, 2014, and to appoint William Hedberg, with a term to expire July 31, 2014.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that Larry Reno be reassigned, and that William Hedberg be appointed,
both with terms to expire July 31, 2014.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 16th day of April, A.D., 2012.
