INTRODUCTION
1.1. Location
The site requiring this ISDS is located at 30985 Weld County Road (WCR) 64. From the intersection of
WCR 61 and WCR 64, the site is 1.3 miles east along WCR 64 and is adjacent to the north side of WCR 64
(See vicinity map below) .

1.2. Background
One structure currently exists on the site. The structure is approximately 7,500 square feet and serves
as an office and equipment building. It contains a restroom, break room, office areas, and
vehicle/equipment storage area .
The property will be used by the following three entities:
a ) All Around Roustabout LLC, an entity owned and controlled by Josh Wells and Ashton
Janssen
b) All Around Trucking LLC, an entity owned and controlled by Josh Wells and Ashton
Janssen

c) Reliable Field Services, Inc., an entity owned and controlled by Josh Wells and Ashton
Janssen
All three entities will use the property for their operation of general roustabout services for oil and gas
production. These roustabout services include, without limitation, tank battery construction, hot
shoting, welding, fencing, washing rigs and tanks, pipeline construction, access construction, concrete
barrier erection, maintenance of drilling rigs/tank batteries/cranes, hauling of water, and any trucking
related to these services.
Entities (a), (b), and (c) will operate 10 hours a day and are expected to employ a total of 6 mechanics
and office staff. These entities are also expected to employ a total of 99 truck drivers and roustabouts.
Although there are times when these entities will operate 24 hours a day, the number of employees
listed above is expected to remain the same. The anticipated sewer demand for each operation is
explained in Section 1.4.
1.3. Purpose
The purpose of this Individual Sewage Disposal System ( ISDS) Report is to provide an explanation of the
ISDS design for the existing building on site. All design considerations were according to Chapter 30, ISDS
Regulations of the Weld County Department Public Health and Environment, Environmental Health
Division, later referred to as Weld County Regulations.
1.4. Estimated Sanitary Sewer Demand
The sanitary sewer demand is based on a total of 6 mechanics and office staff, as well as truck drivers
and roustabouts that may use facilities located in the existing building during their time on site. Based
on an estimate of 99 total truck drivers and roustabouts, and assuming 1/3 usage by these visitors, an
additional 33 person usage has been estimated . The total number of expected users of the facility is
therefore estimated to be 39 persons daily.
Flow determination is based on Appendix 30-A Quantities and Biochemical Oxygen Demand ( BOD)
Strength of Sewage for Various Types found in the Weld County Regulations. The commercial office
building establishment type best represents the quantities per person per day expected at this site. The
average wastewater flows, average loading, and design wastewater flows expected at the office building
are as follows:
Average Flow = 15 gal/person/8 hour shift x 39 persons x 1.25 8 hour shifts = 732 gallons/day
Design Flow = 150% Average Flow = 1.5 x 731.25 gallons/day = 1098 gallons/day
1.5. System Sizing
A. ISDS Tank
According to the Weld County Regulations, the septic tank shall provide detention of incoming sewage
for a minimum period of 30 hours. The Weld County Regulations also state that for industrial,
commercial, or institutional facilities the minimum capacity shall permit detention of incoming sewage

for 30 hours at 150% of the estimated daily average flow. Since the estimated daily average flow could
be achieved over a 10 hour period based on the proposed operations at the site, the tank would need to
retain 3 times 150% of the daily average flow over a 30 hour period . The tank would therefore be
required to retain 3 x 1.5 x 732 gallons, resulting in 3294 gallons of minimum tank capacity.
B. ISDS Absorption Field
Once a Geotechnical Exploration Report and a Percolation Test has been completed, their results will be
made a part of this report and both will be provided in the References. At that time, Baseline will
provide a design for the absorption field . Baseline expects the soil types and average percolation rate at
the site will meet the criteria in the Weld County Regulations for a soil absorption type system (between
5 and 60 minutes per inch) .

1) This well shall be used in such a way as to cause no material injury to existing water rights. The issuance of this permit
does not assure the applicant that no injury will occur to another vested water right or preclude another owner of a vested
water right from seeking relief in a civil court action.
2) The construction of this well shall be in compliance with the Water Well Construction Rules 2 CCR 402-2, unless approval
of a variance has been granted by the State Board of Examiners of Water Well Construction and Pump Installation
