This Letter is to inform you about an application for a Weld County USE BY SPECIAL
REVIEW permit to operate a lawn and landscaping business at our current location of
20240 County Road 17 in Johnstown. CO. The property is currently titled to my wife,
Elizabeth Hansen. Anadarko owns the mineral rights to the property under review.
A public hearing will be convened concerning this review with the Weld County
Planning Commission on September 18,2012 at 1:30 pm, in the Board Room at 1150 O
Street, in Greeley,CO.
