RESOLUTION
RE: APPROVAL OF AMENDMENT OF THE FIRST REPLAT OF THE SECOND
ADDITION OF HIGHLAND HILLS, A SUBDIVISION LOCATED IN THE
NWQ OF SECTION 15, TOWNSHIP 5 NORTH, RANGE 66 WEST OF THE
6TH P.M. , WELD COUNTY, COLORADO.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, are vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, in a Resolution adopted on the 23rd day of April,
1973 , the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado
approved the First Replat of Second Addition to Highland Hills ,
and
WHEREAS, it has subsequently come to the attention of the
Board of County Commissioners that there has been an omission
on said plat, namely the words, "Block 1" , and
WHEREAS, this omission has caused some confusion, and
WHEREAS, an amended First Replat of the Second Addition
to Highland Hills has been submitted and has been recommended
favorably to the Board of County Commissioners by the Weld County
Planning Commission, and the Board having determined that it is
in the best interest of the County of Weld to approve said
Subdivision plat,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the amended First
Replat of the Second Addition of Highland Hills, be and hereby
is approved.
The above and foregoing Resolution was , on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 21st day of
March, A.D. , 1977.
The above and foregoing Resolution was read into the record
and signed on the 23rd day of March, A.D. , 1977.

1. The request complies with the provisions of Section 9-4 (A) (1) of the
Weld County Subdivision Regulations in that :
a. No new lots are being created,
b. Drainage easements and rights-of-way reserved for drainage are not
being changed,
c. Street locations and street rights-of-way are not being changed, and
d. The plat is not being altered in any way which will adversely affect till
character of the plat filed.
