RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT AND REASSIGNMENTS TO CHILD PROTECTION
CITIZEN REVIEW PANEL
WHEREAS,the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County,Colorado,and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Elli Rathbun be appointed to said board as
the alternative member representative,to replace Sandra Bright,and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Sandra Bright be reassigned from an
alternate member to a regular member,to replace Susan Brucker,and that Colleen Anthony be
reassigned from an alternate member to a regular member,to replace Stacey Aurzada,and
WHEREAS,the Board deems it advisable to appoint Elli Rathbun to said board,with a
term to expire March 4,2015
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to reassign Sandra Bright and Colleen
Anthony on said board,both with terms to expire March 4,2014.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that Elli Rathbun be, and hereby is, appointed to the Child Protection
Citizen Review Panel,with a term to expire March 4,2015, and that Sandra Bright and Colleen
Anthony be,and hereby are,reassigned on the Child Protection Citizen Review Panel,both with
terms to expire March 4,2014
The above and foregoing Resolution was,on motion duly made and seconded,adopted
by the following vote on the 14th day of May,A.D.,2012.
