RE: APPOINTMENT OF HAROLD ANDREWS AND JOSEPH FUSS AS MEMBERS OF
THE COMMUNICATIONS ADVISORY BOARD OF WELD COUNTY, COLORADO.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, by Resolution dated June 12, 1974, the Board of
County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado created a Communi-
cations Advisory Board for Weld County, and
WHEREAS, two vacancies now exist on said Board, and Harold
Andrews and Joseph Fuss have been recommended for membership to
said Board for three (3) year terms expiring December 31, 1981.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that Harold Andrews and
Joseph Fuss be, and hereby are, appointed to serve three (3)
year terms, expiring December 31, 1981, as members of the Weld
County Communications Advisory Board.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 11th day of
December, A.D. , 1978.
