I have a company that provides jobs for people 3.Explain how this proposal is consistent with the intent of Weld County code,chapter 23(Zoning)and the zone district in which it is located. This permit is for a Oil And Gas services company. Last time I checked Oil and Gas was a big part of Weld County 4.What type of uses surround the site(Explain how the proposed use is consistent and compatible with the surrounding land uses). The address for the proposed site is 22670 CR 30 Hudson,Co. 1 mile East of this site is Semcrude Oil Polishing Facility. /mile South of the site is a Tank Battery with 9 300 BBL Production tanks,9 separators,and 4 36" ECD units. 1 Mile West and '/:Mile South of the site is a oilfield welding shop. There is also Farming and Ranching land use around this site.The proposed site would be consistent and compatible with the surrounding sites described above because they are all oil and gas related.Farming and ranching is also compatible because the land owners get paid to let us run oil and gas recovery lines through the property and also get paid for battery sites. Landscaping has already been started on property.Trees have been planted around North side of property and will be planted on East, West,and South sides of property. 7. Explain any reclamation procedures when termination of use by special review activity occurs. There will be no reclamation needed if use by special review is terminated.This property is where I live and will not be destroyed or misused like so many other property's in weld county.There will be no dumping of any kind.The property will not be treated as a junk yard like so many property's in weld county. It will be kept clean and organized and all areas of ground not in use will be landscaped or planted with natural vegetation. 8. Explain how the storm water drainage will be handled on this site. There is no storm water drainage needed.The site is sandy and all storm water soaks into ground. 9.Explain how long it will take to construct the site and when construction and landscaping is scheduled to begin. This site is already in use and constructed.Landscaping has already began.There will be more landscaping in 2012. 10.Explain where storage and/or stockpile of waste will occur at this site. There will be no stock piles or storage of waste. We throw trash/waste away and have it hauled off the site.
