HomeMy WebLinkAbout20121985.tiff RESOLUTION RE: ACTION OF THE BOARD CONCERNING PETITION FOR ABATEMENT OR REFUND OF TAXES - HOLIDAY RETIREMENT/COLSON AND COLSON CONSTRUCTION COMPANY WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, State of Colorado, at a duly and lawfully called regular meeting held on the 30th day of July, 2012, at which meeting there were present the following members: Chair Sean P. Conway, and Commissioners William F. Garcia, Barbara Kirkmeyer, and Douglas Rademacher, with Commissioner David E.
