RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT OF TOBY TAYLOR AS DIRECTOR OF BUILDINGS AND
GROUNDS
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS,due to the death of Pasquale (Pat) Persichino, a vacancy currently exists in the
Director of Buildings and Grounds position, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint Toby Taylor, as Director of Buildings
and Grounds, effective July 19, 2012, to replace Pasquale (Pat) Persichino.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Toby Taylor be, and hereby is, appointed Director of Buildings and Grounds,
effective July 19, 2012.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by
the following vote on the 23rd day of July, A.D., 2012, nunc pro tunc July 19, 2012.
