RE : SPECIAL EVENTS PERMIT FOR MALT, VINOUS AND SPIRITUOUS
LIQUOR TO THE WATTENBERG IMPROVEMENTS ASSOCIATION, INC.
FORT LUPTON, COLORADO FOR A PERIOD FROM DECEMBER 31, 1977
AT 8: 00 P.M. TO JANUARY 1, 1978 AT 2 : 00 A.M.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Wattenberg Improvements Association, Inc. , Fort
Lupton, Colorado has presented to the Board of County Commissioners
Weld County, Colorado, an application for a Special Events County
Retail License for the sale of malt, vinous and spirituous liquor,
and
WHEREAS, the applicant, having tendered to the County Trea-
surer of Weld County, Colorado the sum of Twenty-five Dollars
($25. 00) pursuant to the laws providing therefor in payment for a
retail license for the sale of malt, vinous and spirituous liquors
only, outside the corporate limits of any town or city in the
County of Weld, at the location described as follows:
Weld # 6 and Grace Street
Wattenberg Community Building
Fort Lupton, Colorado
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado, having examined the said ap-
plication and the other qualifications of the applicant, does
hereby grant said License to said applicant to sell malt, vinous,
and spirituous liquors only at said place, for consumption on the
premises only, and does hereby authorize and direct the issuance
of said license by the Chairman of the Board, attested to by the
County Clerk and Recorder of Weld County, Colorado, for only
December 31, 1977 at 8 : 00 P.M. to January 1, 1978 at 2 :00 A.M. ,
unless sooner revoked, according to law provided, however, that
said license shall be issued upon the express condition and agree-
ment that the place where said licensee is authorized to sell
malt, vinous and spirituous liquors under said license will be

conducted in strict conformity to all laws of the State of
Colorado and regulations relating thereto heretofore passed
by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
and any violation or violations thereof will be cause for re-
vocation of the license.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly
made and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 5th
day of December, A.D. , 1977.
