RE: ACTION OF THE BOARD CONCERNING EXTENSION OF OIL AND GAS LEASE
COVERING CERTAIN PROPERTY OWNED BY WELD COUNTY, COLORADO -
S1/2NW1/4, NE1/4NW1/4, AND SW4NE4, S13, T4N, R61W
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, Weld County is the owner of vast mineral lands located in Weld County,
Colorado, and
WHEREAS, Esenjay Oil and Gas, Ltd., on behalf of Baseline Minerals, Inc., submitted a
request to extend the lease of 160.0 net mineral acres, more or less, described to-wit:
S1/2NW1/4, NE1/4NW1/4, and SW1/4NE1/4,
Section 13, Township 4 North, Range 61 West of
the 6th P.M., Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, after review, the Board deems it advisable to deny the request submitted by
Esenjay Oil and Gas, Ltd., on behalf of Baseline Minerals, Inc., to extend the lease on the
above-described mineral acreage for $10.00 per net mineral acre, for a total sum of $1,760.00,
together with a rental fee of one dollar ($1.00) per net mineral acre.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that the request submitted by Esenjay Oil and Gas, Ltd., on behalf of
Baseline Minerals, Inc., to extend the lease on the above-described mineral acreage for $10.00
per net mineral acre, for a total sum of$1,760.00, together with a rental fee of one dollar ($1.00)
per net mineral acres, be, and hereby is, denied.

Reference is made to the Weld County Oil and Gas Lease(the "Lease Agreement")dated March 11, 2009,
made and entered into by and between Weld County, Colorado, a political subdivision of the State of Colorado,
acting by and through the Board of County Commissioners Of The County Of Weld, as Lessor, and Baseline
Minerals,Inc.,as Lessee,covering the lands described in the table below in the County of Weld, State of Colorado.

As specified in the Lease Agreement, Esenjay Oil and Gas, Ltd., respectfully requests extending the Lease
Agreement six months by enclosing Check No. I(0 5a3 from Esenjay Petroleum Corporation in the amount of
One Thousand Seven Hundred Sixty Dollars ($1,760.00) representing the minimum of Ten Dollars per net acre and
the Delay Rental Payment of One Hundred Sixty Dollars ($160.00) covering the period from March 11, 2012
through September 11, 2012.
Please acknowledge receipt of this extension payment, by signing and returning one executed copy of this
letter to the undersigned in the enclosed self-addressed envelope. You may keep the additional copy for your files.
